Pro Ana

Pro- Ana :)
Part of being, princess barbie is to under take the plastic skinny barbie look, so how to get thin?
well here is my 5 week plan.
Week one...
10 sit ups in the morning, afternoon and before bed.
1miniute of the plank morning and before bed
1miniutes of the cobra. morning and before bed.
20 tummy tenstions. every 3hours.
kcal intake = 1,000 (food)
Kcal intake = 250 (drink/liquid)
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CRSIPS
NO FAST FOOD
NO HIGH FAT FOODS
NO HIGH SUGAR
try to only drink water though out the day, have one glass of pure fruit juice, one glass of milk, and one cup of tea.

WEEK TWO.
20 sit ups in the morning, afternoon and before bed. 
2miniute of the plank morning and before bed
2miniutes of the cobra. morning and before bed. 
40 tummy tenstions. every 3hours. 
kcal intake = 750 (food)
Kcal intake = 200 (drink/liquid) 
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CRSIPS
NO FAST FOOD
NO HIGH FAT FOODS
NO HIGH SUGAR
try to only drink water though out the day, have one glass of pure fruit juice, one glass of milk, and one cup of tea.

WEEK THREE.

30 sit ups in the morning, afternoon and before bed. 
3miniute of the plank morning and before bed
3miniutes of the cobra. morning and before bed. 
30 tummy tenstions. every 3hours. 
kcal intake = 500 (food)
Kcal intake = 150 (drink/liquid) 
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CRSIPS
NO FAST FOOD

NO HIGH SUGAR
try to only drink water though out the day, have one glass of pure fruit juice and one glass of milk

WEEK FOUR
50 sit ups in the morning, afternoon and before bed.

WEEK FIVE.
50 sit ups in the morning, afternoon and before bed.

100 tummy tenstions. every 3hours. 
kcal intake = 100 (food)
Kcal intake = 150 (drink/liquid) 
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CRSIPS
NO FAST FOOD
NO HIGH FAT FOODS
NO HIGH SUGAR
try to only drink water though out the day, have one glass of pure fruit juice.
take lipo pills. (they make you poo out the fat in your body) take all the vitiam tablets you need. 
if parents, give you a meal. eat it, just balency out your food intake for  few days, do extra exicise. and don't have any thing to drink but water.
